NBO Global - Legazpi

I joined NBO Global on 3 July 2014, that's Thursday last week and the first day I started helping my friend, Rico, in the office (in short, he got me hired to assist in the operation of the branch center).

Prior to this, I was already decided to become a member and do the networking business again while working as a homebased freelancer. But when I got that call from him, I accepted the job offer right away although the rate he offered me was comparatively small, and leaving all plans of working at home via Virtual Assistant and/or Online Writing jobs on hold.

Why did I do that? Because after lots of researches done about this Company and its marketing strategy, I fell in love with it and I just had so much faith in the business that I thought I needed focus should I decided to venture into it. Being in the office, working as its staff, will just help me do that; so here, in this office managed by my friend, you would find me.

Now, as day by day transpires, I am really loving it: my job, the office environment, Rico and his wife, my co-staff, and all the people that keep coming in to bring their business with us.

The place is full of positivity, and if you know me, I love this industry so much because it is here where you would find mostly positively-motivated people. I love being surrounded with this kind of people. You would seldom find here people that would belittle your ambitions, your dreams. If any, they would be there to help you achieve those. That's what I love most about networking.

Of course, earning is another story. Who wouldn't love the potential of earning big? That's the bonus, I call it. And as I realized, it is really possible with NBO Global where it was not with the other networking company. NBO Global, if you want to earn without necessarily recruiting and selling just like me, is just perfect for you.

So, for those who are interested to join NBO-Global, why don't you send me a message and we will explain to you how its marketing strategy works and how you will earn from it. Please, don't be left behind. This is a money-back guarantee. And for the people whom I already talked about this opportunity, don't say I didn't tell you!

Diversion of Career

The main reason why I resurrected this blog was because I wanted to document my journey towards achieving my lifelong goals and visions particularly my self-entrepreneurial business plans. I have already talked in my previous posts about my desire to resume my work-at-home online job to initiate these plans; however, due to some recent change of circumstances, I have decided to put my online virtual job journey on hold to give way to the call of networking industry.

I am not a newbie to this industry as I was part of Global Fusion Incorporated (or GFI) some four (4) years ago. To those who are familiar with the company, the most popular product at the time was the Lean and Fab slimming capsule. Now that I am no longer active, I know that they are currently marketing the equally popular, Aura Skin Nutrition System, a stem cell sort of beauty products.

Anyway, I was contacted by a good friend to join them in their networking business and offered to be part of the upcoming Grand Opening of the Legazpi Branch of the company. I had accepted and now I am looking forward to a productive business endeavor, if not for a lifelong term, at least for the years to come. I still had other more serious entrepreneurial plans to embark on and I am not permanently setting those aside; so this new business endeavor is merely one attempt to get that ball running.

I wish myself lots of luck for this. I knew I have it in me. It's just a matter of perfectly executing it one by one, tiny step after tiny step, to big leap after big leap. In God's perfect time!

My First Take On Unemployedpinoys (UEP) Online Work

On my research and data entry tasks given to me by UEP (www.unemployedpinoys.com), I use Google to do the researches and then enter the data into excel. I don't do it daily as I have other occupation to attend to, but on my vacant day, I devote the whole day for this task alone. I'm still managing my daily time as there were other online and offline jobs that are coming but I am planning to devote at least 2-3 hours per day for the UEP tasks.

I know I won't be able to earn that much right now as I am still fairly new to this community, however, based on the other tasks that UEP is giving to the members, I am also awara that earning potential can become at lot promising especially if I take this job seriously.

For instance, if my membership level is upgraded and I become a blogger for them, the maximum potential to earn is Php5,000.00 per article, so that's a lot already. This is where I am excited the most because I am taking blogging activity seriously at this time. As you know, there is a lot of ways to monetize your blog, and UEP is aware of that too and giving their members that opportunity. I am new to UEP, but I am already loving you... Kudos for that!

For the skeptics, if salary is an issue why you are still having second thoughts in joining the UEP community, you might give your third thoughts for this. I am still not in the position to say so, but who knows, this might become a major income distributor to an individual.

Still yet to find that out, but as for me, I am definitely going for it as while I still don't see any potential of this homebased opportunity in the light of long-term issue, might as well grab the opportunity while it is hot. As what they say, strike while the iron is hot!

By the way, in case you changed your mind and you decided to join anyway, I would like to remind you that you cannot join by simply signing-up. You need an existing member to refer you to UEP, and that's the only way for you to have your personal dashboard too. For the new readers of my blog, please do a back-reading of my posts for the requirements and other details to become a member of this Pinoy-base technology community.

Here are my referral details:

ID Number: MI201405-1185
Member Name: Jirlie Bajaro

On my previous post, I have mentioned that you too can take an online research and data entry job at UEP or Unemploypinoys. Yes, that's right, it's for everybody out there who is at least 15 - 45 years old and who wants to have an add-on work-at-home job opportunity. Aside from this age requirement, you only need to have the following:

The dashboard shall be your platform where you can see you task for the week and your earnings. Don't worry as this registration is done only once a year. This fee is used by UEP to sustain its system and resources while the members are using them for their work-at-home job.

In exchange of this fairly nominal fee, you get twenty-four (24) tasks which you will be working on a weekly basis for the whole year. The tasks would be entirely up to you if you want to take them as your part-time or full-time online job, as long as you complete each task at a given date of deadline of submission. As soon as I get my first payment, I promise to post a copy of the voucher.

Why I Dropped My Corporate Job And Went Back To Homebased Online Work

On my recent post, I was enthusiastic about going back to blogging which I have neglected for a few years after I took myself a traditional eight-to-five day job, as a Human Resource Department Head at a local distributor company. This company was the first to tap my services after I successfully completed my Bachelor's Degree, so I would forever be grateful to them for trusting and believing in me. However, much as how appreciative as I was for the opportunity and the trust reposed upon me by my former management to handle such crucial position, I was having concerns with this job:

  • Physically and mentally draining but pays little. The job consumed most of my time each day, leaving my energy drained at the end of the day (or rather night), and most of the time, with lesser to spend for my children. This was the most difficult part especially since my daughter has already entered pre-school and is now in her Kinder 1 stage.

When I would come home at night from work, I would be so drained that I would go straight to my room to take a short nap and recharge; but, somehow, I would always end having long naps that there would be no more time for me to check on the progress of my daughter at school.

Ignoring the times when my daughter needed me on her first stage of education was the biggest regret... because I was always depleted with energy to move up and about. The one-day off, Sunday, was used to be the only day to stay at home and rest so nothing left for other extra-curricular activities as well except to pay go to church.
  • Lesser time left for my other activities. With the time-consuming HR job, it afforded myself limited of my time, tied even... and this is one of the biggest disadvantages when we are working in a traditional office.

To attend to other aspects of my life (social, relationships, spiritual, the quest to continue learning and improving oneself) was simply a luxury for me as major part of my time was confined to someone else's hours for me to get paid for a living.

The job was a six-day-in-a-week routine and I was devoting 42% of my time at work; 30% to sleep (I needed minimum of seven (7) hours of sleep per day); and part of the 28% left was for my children and family; hence, very little for myself.
  • No future stability. I always knew that it would be impossible for me to enjoy maximum earning potential with this job as aside from the low pay, I didn't have extra hours to even take sideline or part-time jobs.
Lots of sacrifices had been made, so I know I simply had to make a choice: TO LEAVE THE JOB OR NOT TO LEAVE THE JOB!

After a lot of decision-making and meditation done, I had finally succumbed to the nagging inner voice inside my head, saying, "Go back to being a freelancer and do whatever you love to do and earn, and spend more time with your family at the same time!"

And so, armed with dreams and visions vividly etched in my head, I finally mustered all my courage and gracefully said my goodbye to the Company.

Of course, I went through the lengthy process of turning over my position and training my replacement after that. Nevertheless, it was all worth it. In fact, it was the best decision I had ever made in my entire career life if only because I have now more freedom of time to finally focus on my entrepreneurial self and maximize my earning potential by using the internet.

After finally leaving the traditional office, I had set up my computer and internet set and initiated the entrepreneurial goals by resurrecting this blog and looking for a part-time homebased online job. This initial attempt landed me this research and data entry job*, my very first online job after quitting that office job.

I had taken it as just a part-time online job as I'm more focused on getting myself a full-time online homebased job, specifically Virtual Assistant job, and hopefully soon, on opening my first small homebased business as well, plus whatever part-time traditional or online job that I can still squeeze into.

Now, I'm all ready to start reaching for that dream, my goals and visions! The ball is entirely now in my hands! I have my own time, that I will manage without a boss constantly at my back, the opportunity to maximize my earning potential, while at the same time, looking after my kids and my family.

Now, that's what I call real freedom to work on one's own time and not on other's. The perks of being a homebased entrepreneur!

UNEMPLOYEDPINOYS COMMUNITY *Note: The research and data entry job that I was talking about is from www.unemployedpinoys.com, a Pinoy-based community that provides online homebased jobs to members, from data mining/entry to blogging tasks, with options to become part-time and full-time. I will write and explain more about this on my next post, but if you are also interested (yes, you can get this online job as well), kindly visit UNEMPLOYEDPINOYS.COM or UEP for more details.

    This Blog Is Soo Back!

It has been a long time. I thought I would never be able to 'resurrect' this blog ever since I diverted my field of career (though I had not totally shunned this blog at all to the farthest part of my mind and I had always known that I will be back). And as you can see, I am so here now and I love it!

When I decided to end my Human Resource career of nearly three (3) years, I know that there is only one place I would love to go back to, the online world. Yes, you read it right! I am back to the world that I once so focused about. I miss my online writing gigs, the blogging projects, accomplishing surveys, and all the other online activities.

Yes, I am now officially a home-based online freelancer once again! I so love it and I am super excited for the months and years to come. Finally, I had my thoughts focused on one thing. I knew all along that the home-based freelance industry is where I belong, what with two (2) kids and a family to attend to. Plus, my other love, my dream of starting an entrepreneurial career is just around the corner. I knew it the moment I decided to drop my Human Resource career that this is the perfect time to get all my thoughts together and start working on that long-term goal.

So, good luck to me! This is the start once again!
